Broccoli Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 c. softened margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
6 eggs, beaten
8 slices cooked, crumbled bacon
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Combine all, mixing well.
Cover and place in freezer approximately 30 minutes.
Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
Fry balls in oil until golden brown or place on greased cookie sheet under broiler turning often until golden brown.
Drain if necessary. Serve while warm with Honey Mustard Dressing.
