Sauerkraut Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts, skinned
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    Thousand Island dressing
    16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    Mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation
    Place chicken in Pyrex dish. Top each breast with half of slice of Mozzarella cheese. Rinse and drain sauerkraut, then mix with brown sugar.
    Put sauerkraut over chicken and cheese. Cover sauerkraut with bottled Thousand Island dressing.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
