Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl and add the blueberries.
    Beat egg in another bowl.
    Stir in buttermilk and oil. Pour liquid mixture into dry ingredients, stirring just to moisten.
    Do not beat.
    Fill a dozen muffin molds (use paper or foil liners) about 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove from molds to cool.
