Meat Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large zucchini
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. onion
    1/2 lb. sausage
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. basil, fresh or 1/2 tsp. dry oregano to taste
    cheese
    1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini for 5 minutes.
    Scoop out pulp until 1/4-inch thick wall.
    Fry onions and bacon.
    Add beef and sausage.
    Brown, add garlic, tomatoes and rice.
    Cook 5 minutes and add bread crumbs and spices. Stuff shells.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Top with cheese and melt.
