Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. biscuits
1 Tbsp. beef bouillon
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
3/4 c. tomato paste
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lb. ground turkey
2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. water
8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Press biscuits into a 9-inch pie pan, forming a continuous crust.
Brown turkey.
Sprinkle with beef bouillon.
Add onions, green pepper, salt and pepper.
After the meat mixture is cooked, add tomato paste, water and taco seasoning.
Put half of the mixture in unbaked crust.
Spread half of the cheese on top. Cover with remaining meat mixture and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 15 minutes or until crust is brown.
Cut into 8 equal pieces and serve warm.
