Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. bran
3/4 c. rolled oats
2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl, breaking it up into pieces.
Microwave at High power for about 45 seconds.
Cover with wax paper to prevent splattering.
Beat in the sugars, vanilla, peanut butter and eggs.
