Ingredients

1/2 c. mustard
1/2 c. orange marmalade or 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Brush on ham or ribs (or whatever meat you want) frequently during baking.
Makes enough for a 10 to 15 pound ham.
You can use this on roast chicken or turkey or as a sauce to dip shrimp or chicken nuggets.
