Best Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. uncooked, unrinsed rice
    1 c. heavy cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Rinse medium size saucepan with cold water.
    Pour in 6 cups milk and bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Stir in rice and return to boiling.
    Reduce heat and simmer.
    Stirring often, cook, uncovered, until rice is tender (45 to 50 minutes).
