Italian Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup olive oil
    1 cup onion, chopped
    5 to 6 garlic pods
    2 cups artichoke hearts, sliced and drained
    2 cans white potatoes, sliced and drained
    1 cup parmesan cheese
    1 cup Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onions and garlic in oil.
    Mix other ingredients together and add to onions and garlic.
    Place in an 8x8x2-inch casserole dish and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
