Marinated Carrot Coins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. sliced carrots, cooked tender-crisp
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine all together; cover and refrigerate.
Keeps in refrigerator up to 5 weeks.
Makes 10 ample servings.
