Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

3/4 stick oleo
1 c. sugar
3 extra large eggs
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Melt oleo, then add all other ingredients. Mix well and pour into unbaked crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 385\u00b0. Then reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, depending on your oven.
