Blueberry Flip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 egg
    3/4 c. canned or cooked fresh blueberries (with juice)
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. milk
    1/2 pt. vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    In chilled bowl, whip cream until it will hold peaks; set aside.
    Put egg, blueberries, sugar and milk in blender; run on high speed until very smooth.
    Pour carefully over whipped cream and fold in gently.
    Pour into 6 tall glasses; top each with a scoop of ice cream.
    Yields 6 servings.
