Layered Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 onion, chopped fine
    jalapeno peppers, sliced (to taste)
    2 eggs
    1/2 lb. hamburger meat, browned and drained
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large can cream-style corn
Preparation
    Mix eggs, cornmeal, milk and corn.
    Pour 1/2 of this mixture into greased 9 x 5-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle 1/2 onion, bell pepper and jalapeno pepper over this.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cheese over this, next add hamburger meat, then remaining cheese, onions and peppers.
    Spread remaining cornbread mixture over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 to 55 minutes, or until brown and firm in middle.
