Crispy Oven-Baked Potato Wedges(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium Russet potatoes
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
    ketchup (if desired)
Preparation
    Wash potatoes thoroughly; cut into large wedges (like broasted potatoes).
    Do not peel.
    Place potatoes in a large bowl.
    Add cold water to cover and let soak for 15 minutes.
