Carrot Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. corn oil
3 eggs
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 box coconut
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. shredded carrots
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
