Pineapple Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. shredded zucchini
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat first 4 ingredients together, then add next 2 ingredients.
    Sift together remaining ingredients and beat into the liquid.
    Bake muffins for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Bake loaf or Bundt pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
