Shrimp Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 oz.) cans shrimp, chopped and drained
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    juice of 1 lemon
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix well by hand or with an electric mixer.
    Place into a mold or a small bowl which has been rinsed out in cold water or lightly buttered.
    Chill.
    Unmold on platter and surround with crackers or Melba toast.
    Garnish with parsley or watercress if desired.
