Pork Shoulder To Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork
    water
    1 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Boil pork slowly in water 1 hour.
    Pour off liquid.
    Add 3 cups water, brown sugar, vinegar, cloves and mustard.
    Boil slowly about 1 hour.
    Let stand in mixture several hours or overnight. Slice.
