Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bell peppers
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. rice
2 cans tomato sauce
crackers
1 egg
Preparation

Mix hamburger, rice, crackers, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce together.
Cut bell peppers in half.
Stuf with hamburger mixture.
Cover with tomato sauce and a little water. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
