Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 6 sweet potatoes (medium)
water
bacon drippings

Preparation

Wash potatoes
well.
Let
dry
and
grease thoroughly. Place in baking pan and bake in hot oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are
tender.
Serves 4.
Each potato is considered a serving.
So more or less potatoes may be used.
