Marinated Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lb. chicken wings
1 tsp. ground ginger
2/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Cut chicken wings in two pieces and discard end piece.
Mix ginger, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and garlic powder.
Pour over chicken and marinate overnight.
Then place chicken in large metal pan(s) in single layer.
Baste with leftover marinade.
Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Baste every 15 minutes until done.
Yields 25 to 30 servings.
