Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 oz.) cans pineapple chunks
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    6 Tbsp. plain flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
    1 1/2 sleeves crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and save juice.
    Add grated cheese to drained pineapple.
    In another bowl, sift flour and add sugar.
    Mix with pineapple juice.
    Pour over pineapple, stir well.
    Spoon into a 2-quart buttered casserole dish.
    Crush Ritz crackers and combine with butter.
    Spread over top of mixture in the casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
