Porcupines(Or Rice And Meat Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. raw rice
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice or stewed tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix rice with ground beef, egg, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add 1/2 cup tomato juice or stewed tomatoes.
    Shape into balls, size of English walnuts.
    Place in skillet and brown (until meat is done).
    Remove from skillet; place in baking dish.
