Golden Shrimp Or Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

1 (10 oz.) can frozen condensed cream of shrimp soup or 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
1/4 c. sherry*
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lb. frozen shelled, deveined shrimp or 2 c. ham
2 c. cooked shell macaroni
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, partially thawed
Preparation

About 1 hour before serving, preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In large saucepan over medium heat, heat undiluted soup, milk, sherry, parsley, curry powder and salt until soup starts to boil, stirring occasionally.
In greased 2-quart shallow casserole, combine soup mixture, shrimp (or ham), macaroni and peas.
Bake 55 minutes or until shrimp is pink and tender.
Makes 4 servings.
