Vegetarian Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. box stuffing shells
2 lb. tofu
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
nutritional yeast
Vegesal
Italian herb blend
tomato sauce
Preparation
-
Cook the stuffing shells until tender.
Stuff with crumbled tofu seasoned with Mozzarella, yeast, Vegesal and herbs.
Put shells into a baking dish lined with tomato sauce.
Top with additional cheese and sauce.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
