Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    2 lb. Southern Style frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine into 13 x 9-inch glass dish or pan.
    Spread potatoes over the margarine.
    Mix together in a bowl the sour cream, soup, onion, salt and pepper.
    Spread mixture over potatoes.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
