Winter Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
    1 (16 oz.) can apricot halves
    1 (16 oz.) pitted Bing cherries
    1 (16 oz.) pear halves
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 can mandarin orange segments
    1/2 box dried prunes
    1/4 c. raisins
    juice of 1 lemon
    juice of 1 orange
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. either macaroon crumbs or gingersnap crumbs or graham cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Drain well all fruit; mix together. Butter a casserole and pour in fruit.
    Combine brown sugar and crumbs; sprinkle generously on top. Sprinkle juice of lemon and orange and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold, with or without whipped cream.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
