Salmon Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 1/2 oz. can salmon
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    chopped pecans (optional)
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Drain salmon.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Add all ingredients together in a small bowl.
    Mix well.
    Shape into log.
    Roll in chopped nuts.
    Chill and serve with crackers or raw veggies.
