Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine
    40 Ritz crackers
    2 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Cook chicken and debone.
    Cut chicken into bite size pieces and put into bottom of greased casserole dish.
    Mix soup and sour cream; spread over chicken.
    Melt margarine and add crushed crackers.
    Sprinkle over soup and sour cream mixture.
    Sprinkle poppy seed on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
