Kettle Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pan juices
    2/3 c. cold water
    additional water or broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Pour juices into a saucepan.
    Combine cornstarch and water until smooth.
    Stir into juices.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
    Season with salt and pepper. Yield:
    about 3 cups.
