Real Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. lean pork roast (very done)
    4 lb. chicken, very done, skinned and boned
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 cans tomatoes
    3 cans butter beans
    3 cans corn (cream-style or whole and creamed combined)
    2 small cans tomato paste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except corn and cook 1/2 hour.
    Add salt to taste and a dash of hot sauce, if desired. Add corn and cook until mixture thickens. During cooking, a dash of Worcestershire sauce may also be added and hot pepper, etc.
    Stir mixture often after corn is added to prevent sticking.
    Serves 20.
