Old Fashioned Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1 diced onion
    1 c. sliced carrots
    2 sticks celery, diced
    1 c. or more noodles
Preparation
    Cover chicken with water and cook chicken until done. Remove chicken from bone and add the salt, onion, carrots and celery to stock, then simmer until tender. Cut chicken into small pieces and return to soup. Add noodles. Simmer. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
