Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn tortillas
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 lb. American cheese
    2 cans enchilada sauce (mild or hot)
    1 large onion
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck in frying pan.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Soften tortillas in frying pan with small amount of oil. Grate cheese; dice onion and take softened tortillas and add chuck, cheese and onion.
    Roll into a cylinder.
    Place in baking pan.
    Surplus cheese and onion, place on top of tortillas.
    Pour contents of sauce on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
