Chinese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage, shredded (3 lb.)
    6 green onions, chopped
    1 pkg. Top Ramen (noodles only)
    cilantro
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    6 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. toasted sesame seed
    1 c. unsalted peanuts
    2 c. cooked chicken
Preparation
    Marinate chicken overnight in your favorite marinade and cook. In a large bowl, put cabbage, onions, Ramen (crumbled) and cilantro (chopped).
    Mix the next 7 ingredients to make dressing. Pour over cabbage and mix well.
    Add peanuts and cut up chicken pieces.
    Put together just before serving.
    This keeps cabbage crisp.
