Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 to 8 oz. elbow or broken macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/2 lb. sharp American cheese, grated
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter, add crumbs and brown, stirring. Remove.
    Add remaining butter and onion.
    Blend in flour, salt, pepper and mustard.
    Add milk gradually, stirring until smooth. Stir in 3/4 of the cheese.
    Fold in drained macaroni and mix lightly with a fork.
    Top with remaining cheese and crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, covered, until bubbly and hot.
