Chocolate Streusel Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 c. cold margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
    Cut in margarine until crumbly (mixture will be dry). Reserve 2 cups crumb mixture; press remaining on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    In large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
    Gradually beat in condensed milk until smooth.
    Add egg and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour over crust.
    Combine nuts with remaining crumb mix; sprinkle over cream cheese mix. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly.
    Cool.
    Chill.
    Cut into squares; store in refrigerator.
