Chicken Continental - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken or 2 (1 lb.) Cornish hens
salt
3 Tbsp. butter
1 small minced onion
2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. chicken stock
3 Tbsp. dry white wine
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with salt.
Melt butter in skillet.
Saute the chicken until golden brown, remove from pan.
Add onion and paprika to butter.
Cook until the onion is tender.
Blend in the flour.
Add broth and cook until thickened.
Add sour cream and wine.
Return chicken to pan.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
