Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 small onion
2 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
1 Tbsp. pimento
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Melt butter.
Cook onion until tender.
Add flour and blend. Add milk, salt and pepper.
Cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
Add potatoes, pimento and bacon. Makes 6 servings.
