Easter Egg Or Chocolate Fondant Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Peel potato; boil in salted water until soft.
    Drain.
    Mash potato; measure 1/2 cup.
    Blend butter and potato until cold.
    Add sugar and vanilla to potato mixture.
    Knead until creamy.
    Mold into desired shape.
    Let chill 1 hour, then dip into chocolate.
