Broccoli And Cauliflower Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. broccoli florets (about 2 lb.)
5 c. cauliflower florets (about 1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation

Lightly grease a 1 1/2-quart heatproof bowl.
Bring large pot of lightly salted water to boil.
Add broccoli and cauliflower; cook 5 to 7 minutes, until crisp-tender.
Drain.
In colander, rinse in cold water.
Arrange florets in prepared bowl with buds against sides and stems toward center, alternating broccoli and cauliflower and pressing down gently until bowl is full.
Cover bowl with foil.
Can be refrigerated overnight at this point.
