Spring Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 lb. ground pork
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    4 c. shredded nappa (Chinese cabbage)
    1 c. shredded fresh carrots
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 4 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    12 to 18 egg roll skins
Preparation
    Filling:
    Stir-fry ground pork until brown.
    Add mushrooms, nappa and carrots.
    Cook until tender (5 to 7 minutes).
    Add salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, sesame oil and green onion.
    Let it cool completely, 1 to 2 hours.
