Grandma'S Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 c. brown sugar
    maraschino cherries
    1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can pineapple, sliced and drained
    whipped cream
    1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
Preparation
    Melt butter in 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar in pan. Arrange pineapple slices and cherries in center.
    Mix cake mix as directed (use water).
    Pour over fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Turn onto platter. Serve warm with whip cream.
