Over The Coals Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
    1 onion, sliced
    3 Tbsp. butter, cut in pieces
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. crushed fennel seed
    2 zucchini, sliced
    1 beef bouillon cube, crushed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut an 18-inch square of heavy-duty foil.
    Toss all ingredients to mix well.
    Spoon into center of square.
    Wrap loosely and seal securely.
    Grill about 5 inches from coals.
    Turn occasionally and cook 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
