Pork Sausage And Egg Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lbs. sausage, browned and drained
4 slices of bread, cubed
4 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 1/2 to 2 cups milk
Preparation

Put sausage in bottom of 9 X 13 dish.
Cover with bread cubes then adding cheese.
Mix together eggs and milk and pour over cheese, bread and sausage.
Can be frozen at this point.
Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
If frozen put into 350 oven for 1 hour.
Great for large family gatherings.
