Homemade Noodles And Pasta Dough(Serves 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. cold water
    1 Tbsp. corn oil
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour the flour into a large mixing bowl.
    Beat the eggs together with the remaining ingredients.
    Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the liquid mixture.
    Work the mixture together to form a smooth, stiff dough.
    Knead it until smooth, with lightly floured hands, in a bowl or a lightly floured surface.
    The dough must be smooth and not one bit sticky, but don't overdo it on the flour or the dough will crumble.
    Wrap the dough in a plastic food bag and leave at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
