Refrigerator Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pineapple juice
2 boxes lemon jello
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 can evaporated milk, whipped
2 boxes strawberry or cherry jello
Preparation

Mix sugar, juice, lemon jello and eggs.
Cook to boiling point.
Let cool.
Whip cream and add to other ingredients.
Pour into 2 graham crusts and chill.
Mix strawberry (or cherry) jello according to package directions.
Let set partly, then cover top of pies.
Chill until firm.
Makes 2 large pies.
