Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
    3 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. canned cream
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and milk in saucepan.
    Bring to a hard boil stirring constantly.
    Turn down heat to low and continue to cook until it forms a ball in cold water or 234\u00b0 on candy thermometer.
    Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.
    Mix well and transfer to platter.
    Let cool and cut.
