Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. fine egg noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. long grain rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Lightly brown egg noodles in butter.
    Add uncooked rice, chicken broth and salt if desired.
    Simmer until cooked (about 20 minutes).
