Baked Chicken With Mushrooms And Artichokes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves
    1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichokes
    8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
    5 green onions, chopped
    1 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season chicken with salt and pepper. Place skin side up in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Drain artichokes, reserving liquid.
    Cut artichokes in half and place on chicken with mushrooms and green onions.
    Pour reserved marinade and white wine over chicken.
    Bake until done.
    Serves 4.
