Moon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. flour
    4 eggs
    3 pkg. vanilla pudding (instant)
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Boil water and butter.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in flour. Beat in eggs, one at a time, in flour mixture.
    Spread thin on jelly roll sheet (10 x 15-inch) pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    Cool 30 minutes.
